Witkamp Export, Inc. was founded by Daan Witkamp Senior. Daan Sr. had over 40 years of experience in exporting poultry and livestock equipment from the USA. Having received the coveted E-Award for Excellence in Export in 1972 from President Nixon and the E-Star Award for continued Excellence in Export in 1984 from President Reagan, Mr. Daan Witkamp has been a common name throughout the industry worldwide for half-a-century. In early 2015, Daan Witkamp Sr. passed away after a lifetime of devotion to the export industry, his son, Rex Witkamp took over the responsibilities since then.
In August 2016, Latquim LLC took over the business to continue the legacy of the Witkamp Family and use their export expertise to provide the highest quality products at the best prices to all customers around the world and become the exclusive worldwide Export Agents for the Gator-XL water powered chemical injector pump.
ABOUT THE FACTORY
The Gator-XL is manufactured by Diemold International, Inc, at our modern 24-hour a day factory operation in Fort Myers, Florida, USA. The people at Diemold have been designing and manufacturing injectors for feeding chemicals into water systems for over 25 years.
At the end of the last century, the designers at Diemold met with industry leaders and saw that the needs for injectors were changing. A new innovative water powered chemical feed pump injector using proven technology was needed for the challenges of the 21st century where costs are of increasing importance, chemicals are very harsh, particles in the water are often very abrasive, and extensive service is required.
Today's chemical injectors need to be rugged, inexpensive, and easy to maintain. To meet these industry needs, Diemold developed the Gator-XL water powered pump that separates the chemical feed pump injector from the water motor section. This is called an around-the-pump style proportioner. Harsh chemicals are kept out of the motor section, and the modular design makes for easy and inexpensive servicing and replacement of parts.
The Gator-XL is produced completely within the Diemold facility starting with the raw material through to the finished product. This means that Diemold has total control of quality and costs during the entire production process supplying you with a reliable inexpensive product.
